Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the shipment, and the price of the entire order. Shipping will be calculated in real time at checkout. 

Shipping Time 

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within Canada takes an estimated 3-7 business days. We also offer express 2-day shipping at checkout for domestic orders. International shipping takes an estimated 7-18 business days. 

Shipping Area

We currently ship within Canada, United States and most of the international locations accessible by major carriers.

Please note that customs, duties or taxes might apply upon arrival for international orders.

Tracking your order

When we ship out an order, we will send an email with a package tracking number. If you have any trouble tracking your package, feel free to email us at support@gentlepaw.ca and we can help you track it.

Cancellation Policy

We cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.  Our system automatically transmits orders to our warehouse for processing immediately after receiving them. However, we offer quick and easy returns or exchanges! Feel free to email us at support@gentlepaw.ca if you have any questions.
